All workshops & camps are 4 hours of running, games, crafts, activities and growth mindset work from 9 am-1 pm. Open to all boys and girls ages 3 years old & up unless noted. Using our EmpowerFit Program, your kids will work on both mental and physical strength through play. Teaching children to be self-empowered.

Tues - Thurs; May 28, 29 & 30 (3 Days)
Words are powerful. The words that we use to talk about ourselves define who we are.
GAMES WEEK
Mon-Wed; June 3, 4, 5 & 6 (4 Days)
Classic minute-to-win-it games, card games, and all sorts of indoor & outdoor games.
SPORTS WEEK
Tues - Thurs; July 9, 10 & 11 (3 Days)
Learn some basic self-defense moves. Participate in fun games/drills in basketball, baseball, etc.
SPARTAN WEEK
Mon & Tues; July 15 & 16 (2 Days)
Spartan training & activities, scavenger hunt, obstacle course, nature walk. Kids will get dirty, sandy, and/or wet.

STEM activities, nature walk.

The majority of the camps will be held at Vero Beach Church of Christ in the Lynn Center (upstairs). The room is equipped with air conditioning & private boys' & girls' bathroom. Downstairs there is a playground and open area for us to run around and be outside for water activities, running & games. The last two weeks of camp in July will be at a local park.
